3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for cancellations or reschedules.
  • Deposits may not be refundable once materials have been ordered.
  • Project timelines may be adjusted due to weather, supplier delays, or unforeseen site issues.

4. Property Access & Site Responsibility

Customers must:

  • Provide access to the work area during scheduled hours
  • Remove personal belongings or obstructions prior to installation
  • Inform us of any potential hazards like underground lines, old wiring, or HOA restrictions

We are not liable for delays or damage caused by undisclosed site conditions.

5. Warranty & Workmanship

We stand by the quality of our work.

  • Most siding installations come with a 1-year workmanship warranty.
  • Manufacturer warranties may apply for siding materials.
  • Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, natural disasters, or third-party modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we do our best to deliver exceptional service, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to weather, supply chain issues, or acts of God
  • Indirect or incidental damages resulting from service interruptions
  • Damage to hidden structural issues or pre-existing faults
